　　本片讲述的是湿婆神军党(是印度的一个民族主义政党)创立人巴拉·萨克雷的故事.
　　讲述的是原本是报社讽刺漫画主编的巴拉·萨克雷因政治压力而辞职,而后创立了讽刺漫画周刊「发自内心」.接着更是顺势创立了湿婆神军党.该党的宗旨是基于“土地之子”的理念和印度教民族主义.湿婆神军党的信仰——"土地之子"理念认为马哈拉施特拉人应该在这个邦比外来人得到更多的权利.....
