　　南国伊萨和北国巴罗自古以来缔结互不侵犯条约，保持着长久以来的和平。但是，巴罗王拉斯罗因为垂涎美丽的伊萨，在大臣凯鲁的建议下，打开了伊萨的水门想要淹没它。但是，伊萨的危机被萨基村青年伊兹成功的解救了。因为这个事件，两国的关系布满了阴云。
　　由人气插画家“猪股睦实”负责人物设计的动画“渥太利亚”。于86年放映的这部电影与之前的幻梦戦记レダ不同，目标人群更为广阔。是以架空世界为舞台，描写了两段受到战争摧残的爱情。是一个悲剧故事.

悠扬舒缓又带有忧伤氛围的音乐，明亮鲜艳的色彩，壮丽生动的背景作画，从staff表里就能看出这是当年一部大制作的电影。主题我想更多的是表现时代的漩涡中小人物对于自身命运的不同追求以及结果吧。相比为了荣华富贵出卖国家和家庭利益、让人觉得可恨的黄毛男主，我觉得王子和公主的悲剧才是刻画最棒的
