衍生剧前半段大打乱伦牌，不甚有趣，但后半断涉及狼羊鹿的大公司阴谋论主线（在漫画中继续），以及特别是最后蓝魔女登场开始的最后几集的节奏以及最终的cliffhanger式结局则相当赞。JOSS的剧集总会有一个大局vision，我称之为终极世界观设定意识，而且与剧情紧密相连，就像firefly的Reavers。
