时间救援 Time Salvager-电影剧情介绍

　　虽然迈克尔·贝是否能执导《变形金刚5》还不得而知，但他与派拉蒙的合作还在继续，一部根据同名科幻小说《Time Salvager》（时间救援，暂译）改编的影片进入到双方视野，迈克尔·贝将担任该片导演，《变形金刚》系列的制作人洛伦佐·迪·博纳文图拉和马克·沃拉迪恩将与迈克尔·贝再度合作。
　　原著小说还没正式出版，要等到7月份才会大规模销售，但其中的故事设定和情节吸引了片方，并很快就达成了搬上大银幕的共识。小说的故事背景在遥远的未来，人类已经放弃了被破坏的地球，来到其他星球殖民定居。一位名叫詹姆斯的罪犯被认为最适合完成时间旅行的任务，他需要回到过去恢复地球上的资源、环境，拯救人类免除灭绝的危机，同时又不能改变原有的时间线，不能暴露自己的身份。本来，执行完最后一次任务他就能如期退休，但这时候遇到了名叫伊丽斯的女子，伊丽斯是个迷人的科学家，她原本注定要在一次海上...
