第一次把moral sense融入建筑的人，呼唤对中世纪的秩序、对神的崇敬和对道德与美的追忆。CONTRASTS真的太好看了。希望有机会可以去Grange去看看

被工作压垮的建筑师，看到结尾有点伤感。读书的时候对新古典主义、哥特复兴、折中主义这些建筑不是很有兴趣。不过这部片子还是让我看到了一种风格背后的一个创作者的心路历程，不论我对这种风格本身的喜好，对创作者还是充满敬意的。我们的教材上(仅我看过的)关于英国国会大厦的记载都是“查尔斯巴里爵士主持修建，奥古斯都普京进行哥特风格装饰。”看到片子里关于这座建筑普京的工作占比的那段，心里好难受，尤其两人收到的设计费差好多啊。【十八线从业者只关心设计费…不】
