　　莱尔（让-马克·巴尔 Jean-Marc Barr 饰）和妻子艾米（罗姗娜·阿奎特 Rosanna Arquette 饰）结婚多年，彼此之间的感情早已经十分平淡，如今，两人过着风平浪静波澜不惊的生活，尽管缺少的激情，但好歹也还算说得过去。
