　　这是导演的处女作，风格极度低调，有DV作品的质朴而无其粗糙。三个年轻演员的表演令人印象深刻，尤其是主演劳拉·斯美特，她长了一张亚洲人的面孔，把一个生命和爱情都陷入绝境的少女刻画得让人喟叹。导演以平视的拍摄态度，冷静地呈现着身体无法抗拒的力量，不由得让人想起圣经里说过的，“心灵是愿意的，而身体却软弱了”。一边是疾病，一边是情欲，缓慢的节奏和逼仄的空间让人在无法适从之际，有些茫然，而影片就在此嘎然而止。
