　　卡尔海因兹·斯托克豪森（Karlheinz Stockhausen）- 二十世纪最伟大的前卫作曲家，2007年12月初在德国家中逝世，终年79岁。此片为纪念斯托克豪森，影片拍摄的是他60年代创作的首部实验音乐剧《原型》的美国首映现场（1964年）以及30年后在纽约第二届先锋艺术节上的再次公演。斯托克豪森的《原型》混合了戏剧、音乐、演讲、行为艺术、舞台模特秀等各种艺术形式，并让观众亲身参加表演，是60年代欧洲最重要的前卫音乐剧之一。
