第一次看hammer horror，古典主义恐怖氛围笼罩。有视觉奇观，例如邪恶黑人形象、异形生物、古代骑士、宗教仪式。正义最终战胜邪恶，类型化叙事严谨公正。想起黑泽清早期模仿hammer的一些意象，不禁嗤笑。蓝光修复十分精致，就差一个工整的英文字幕了，裸听伤不起。
