　　故事发生在14世纪的欧洲。小男孩Stortebeker，一个渔夫的儿子，在他的双亲被残酷的Wallenrod家族杀害之后，他的命运从此发生了戏剧性的变化。从那时候开始，这个小男孩便立志终身为正义与自由而战。7年过去了，小男孩长成了勇敢的男子汉，当他重回旧地的时候，遇上了青梅竹马Elisabeth。但令他震惊的是，Elisabehth竟然要嫁给他的杀父仇人Wallernrod家族的后代Simon……
