　　2.鸡篇
　　鸡是人类饲养最普遍的家禽。家鸡源出于野生的原鸡，其驯化历史至少约4000年，但直到1800年前后鸡肉和鸡蛋才成为大量生产的商品。鸡的种类有火鸡、乌鸡、野鸡等。
　　3.猪篇
　　家猪是野猪被人类驯化后所形成的亚种，獠牙较野猪短，是人类的家畜之一，一般来说，家猪是指人类蓄养多供食用的猪种。
